Purpose of Service User Groups

To look at issues relating to the way specific housing services are delivered.

To agree how tenants and leaseholders will be consulted and involved where changes to the service are proposed.

To commission reviews, mystery shopping exercises, focus groups and other consultation initiatives where new policies are being considered.

To monitor service trends, performance information and to work with staff to identify solutions to any issues arising.

NEW: PRE-MEETING - 5.30pm-6pm

A pre-meeting with the Chairs is at 5.30pm – 6pm. You can join it at any point. The purpose of the pre-meeting is for residents to raise individual issues about their homes or block/communal areas. This protected time allows for the main meeting which starts at 6pm to stay focussed on the agenda items. If you are unable to attend the pre-meeting at 5.30pm, you can email your questions, concerns or issues to tpu@bristol.gov.uk.
