You are invited to join us to review and celebrate the transformational year 2016 has been for Bristol Energy Cooperative. Members will also be invited to vote on proposals and director candidates.

7:15 Statutory business:
8:00 Short presentations from working groups.
8:10 Announcement of voting results.
8:15 Guest speaker – Mark Kenber, Mongoose Energy.
8:45 Buffet & Drinks.
Tea & coffee and the formal meeting will take place on the 1st floor, then we will move to the 2nd floor for drinks and nibbles. All floors are accesible by a lift, and there are accesible toilets on the ground and 2nd floors.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Our central venue is a 20 mimute walk from Bristol Temple Meads railway station, and a 5 minute walk from Bristol Bus Station. Most local bus services stop nearby. There are a number of cycle stands nearby.
Limited parking is available at the rear of the venue for people with accesibility issues, please contact Vicky for more information
There are a number of NCP carparks nearby, including Rupert Street and Nelson Street.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we will have a list on the door of attendees, including who is a member.
May I bring a guest to the AGM?
Yes, guests are welcome to attend the AGM, however only members (shareholders) will be able to vote on the formal business. Please ensure any guests are registered, so we can keep track of numbers.
