Bristol Evening SEND Surgery - Tuesday 5th July

We’re holding a FREE evening ‘SEND surgery’ for parents and carers living in Bristol who have children with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). We're offering you the chance of either a telephone appointment or a scheduled 'virtual' online appointment via Zoom with a SENDIAS practitioner. Please read on for more information:

Date: Tuesday 5th July 2022

Time: 30-minute telephone and 'virtual' appointments available to book between 6.00 – 8.00pm.

All appointments must be booked in advance.

This is your chance to speak to one of our trained Bristol SENDIAS practitioners on a confidential, one-to-one basis and to receive help and support with your query about your child’s special educational needs or disability. We’re happy to discuss paperwork (you can email this to us beforehand), processes, give you guidance about filling in forms and talk through next steps with you.

Please note - this 'surgery' is only for those who are resident within the Bristol area. You will be asked to confirm your address when booking.

To book an appointment, click 'details' at the top right of the screen and select a time slot of your choice from the drop-down menu. Please then follow the step by step online registration process.

If you would like to book a telephone appointment, you will be asked to provide the telephone number on which our SENDIAS practitioner can call to speak to you at your appointment time. If you would prefer to book a 'virtual' appointment, this will be carried out online using 'Zoom'. If you tick this option, a member of our staff will be in touch with you a few days before the event to talk through how the process will work and to check if you need any guidance in using the software.
