Bristol Free School Transition 2023 Tours - Term 6

We know choosing the right secondary school for your child is a very important step. We are here to support you in making that decision . Instead of an open evening event and following the tremenous feedback we recieved from our daytime tours last year, we look forward to welcoming you to BFS during our school day. We have decided to organise a number of school tour dates in Term 6 this year and will follow with further dates in September. Seeing the staff and students in action during the school day will enable you and your child to feel the warmth and energy that makes BFS such a special place to learn. There will be time to ask questions, talk to students about their experiences and tour the whole school during your visit.

You will only be able to join us for a tour if you have a valid ticket. Tours will be approximately 50 minutes in length.

Please note if you are booking a tour:

• In order to allow as many families the opportunity to attend we urge you to visit with just 1 adult per household.
• You will need a ticket for each member of your family - student and guardian.
• This event is aimed at current Year 5 students. We are planning more tours in September 2022 when your child will be in Year 6 please do not worry if you are unable to join us this time, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to visit in September.
• Please arrive at our Concorde Drive Student gate (approx 100 yards along from the staff car park gate) where a member of staff will greet you and direct you to the start of your tour.
• Please arrive for a prompt start so that we can make the most of your time on site.
