CREATE Fertility is committed to raising public awareness about infertility and assisted conception.

We are pleased to announce a new Open Evening where any new patient interested in learning more about infertility treatments can:

• Listen and put questions to one of our Professors or Lead Consultants
• Speak to our staff
• Arrange an initial consultation
• Take away a package of useful information

We also offer you the opportunity to have a personal 10-minute one-on-one chat with one of the Consultants, which is extremely useful in helping you make an informed decision on fertility treatment.

This event starts from 6pm, please arrive promptly

Fertility is a sensitive subject, to be respectful of others, we do not allow children under the age of 16 to attend.
