Online booking ends 17:00. If you do not mind a potentially wasted journey you are welcome to wait at the door on the night as there may be unclaimed seats that will be offered to those in line 5 minutes before the start.

The Data Dome is connected to the Bristol is Open high-speed fibre network. The ultrahigh definition immersive display environment is a unique canvas for many forms of content from city data to research data visualisation. Bristol’s Data Dome is at the leading edge of exploration of this format. Barney Smith, interim CEO of Bristol is Open (BIO) will give an introduction to BIO which will be followed by examples of full dome content (content produced exclusively for use in domed spaces and planetaria).

We have restricted the number of tickets that can be booked to one per transaction. This has been introduced in an effort to stop people automatically booking multiple tickets without confirming if they have guests to go with them. We hope this will help to limit the number of 'no shows' at the events, which currently run at around 35% of bookings. We will monitor the situation. If you need more than one ticket, you can click on the booking link again. The little extra effort involved will hopefully put off those who don’t really need more than one, but not those who do.
