What’s the nearest station?

The Lock Tavern is located in Camden, a short walk from Camden Town Underground (Northern Line) and Camden Road Overground.

Is there food and drink available?

Yes!! The Lock Tavern serves food, craft beer, cocktails, and soft drinks all night.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes. The Lock Tavern is an 18+ venue. Please bring a valid physical ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card).

“But I know the band… can’t I just go in with them?”

We love the enthusiasm, but nope — everyone needs a valid ticket for entry. Even the band’s best mates. ?

What happens if I don’t have my student ID on me?

If you’ve bought a student ticket but can’t show valid ID at the door, you’ll need to pay the difference for a DOOR ticket to enter.

What’s your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the rare event that the show must be cancelled, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders via the original payment method.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If we ever have to cancel, all ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Is there a guest list?

Unless previously agreed with the performing artists, we don’t operate a guest list for free or discounted entry.
