Prof Catherine Barnard
Professor of European Union Law at the University of Cambridge

Prof Barnard is the Senior Law Tutor at Trinity College, Cambridge where she lectures on Employment and European Law. She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences on employment and European law issues. For more than two years she has written and spoken extensively on the implications of Britain’s departure from the EU and is frequently interviewed and quoted on the subject in the media. She is widely regarded as one of the pre-eminent thinkers in this field.

Dr Adam Marshall
Director General of the British Chambers of Commerce

Dr Kay Swinburne MEP Elected as the Conservative MEP for Wales in June 2009

A successful career in investment banking & fund management has equipped Kay with in-depth knowledge of the global financial markets and led to her appointment as a Coordinator on the Economics and Monetary Affairs committee (ECON) in the European Parliament. Most recently she was also appointed Vice Chairman on the Economic and Monetary Affairs committee. She has worked on financial reform legislation including EMIR, MiFID II and CSDR and is currently the CoRapporteur for the EU legislation on recovery and resolution of CCPs.
