About this event
Welcome to the registration page for the BEECS 2022 annual meeting
This is our eighth after our inaugural meeting in 2015. This year's venue will be at the Royal Society of Medicine in Wimpole Street which is a couple of minutes walk from Oxford Street tube station
This year, we have an interesting and entertaining programme for the day including the trainee presentation competition and the stimulating interactive "hot hat" debate.
Please note that we only accept registrations through Eventbrite.
We do not send out invoices to Trusts or reserve places. If your Trust is paying, please pay via Eventbrite and claim back directly from your Trust.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is no parking at the venue. The nearest tube station is Oxford Street.
What's the refund policy?
Notice of cancellation by the delegate must be given by email to the event organiser to qualify for a refund and the following cancellation charges apply:
Full refund if more than 30 days notice given, 50% refund if two to four weeks notice is given, no refund for less than two weeks notice (unless exceptional circumstances).
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes it is preferable (an electronic copy on phone / tablet is acceptable)
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
If you cannot attend and wish to transfer the ticket to a colleague, please contact us so we can update the registration list. We will need the name, grade and base hospital of the attending delegate.
