British Shooting are delighted to announce our second Masterclass of 2019.


Conditioning for Target Sprint”

“Inspiration and insight for athletes in their next training phase.”

Overview:

The one-day athlete masterclass is a combination of theory and practical exercises focused on developing individual athletes with their conditioning programme.

The fun, educational environment is sprinkled with Team GB Summer and Winter Olympic inspiration from across the multi-sport land, bringing insight from the biathlon disciplines on snow and land as well as athletics, shooting and modern pentathlon.

This Masterclass is open to all athletes who have competed in a National Series or Super League event in the 2018 and 2019 seasons and all who have attained a Target Sprint Safety Certificate.

Coach Observers: Subject to space availability, this Masterclass also welcomes Coaches and interested individuals who wish to observe the day and learn from the wealth of knowledge and experience shared by our experts delivering the day. Observers will have the opportunity for group and 1:1 Q&A sessions with our team of experts. At these points we welcome you to raise questions and discussion points. Target Sprint Educators and Leaders will be given priority.

Any application to observe must be made to Gorgs Geikie at Events@BritishShooting.org.uk accompanied with a statement of the applicants NSRA Coaching qualification and/or any other current coaching qualification.

This Masterclass is open to all athletes who have competed in a National Series or Super League event in the 2018 and 2019 seasons and all who have attained a Target Sprint Safety Certificate.

Ticket Price:

GB Team Athletes 2019: £20 + booking fee. Early Bird ticket offer available until Sunday 4th August.

Athletes: £35 + booking fee, purchase your ticket here.

What is the minimum age?

11 years on 31st December 2019

Will I be contacted before the event?

Yes, the event organiser will contact you following the entry closing date (Sunday 3rd November 2019) with any pre-event information.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

Please come prepared for physical and "classroom" activity. All equipment can be provided.

What is your refund policy?
