Free for adults aged 19+
This free 'Next Steps*' British Sign Language course is ideal for people who have gained basic knowledge of BSL with us at our introductory class. You will extend vocabulary and practice conversation. You will also explore how movements of the face, head and upper body, known as 'non-manual features', convey meaning alongside hand gestures - a fundamental aspect of sign language grammar. As always, this course will be fun and a great opportunity to meet like-minded people.
*For people who have completed our BSL For All (beginners) course.
