This iconic event promises to be the most talked about yoga show of the year.

The Festival will showcase a host of teachers from the grass-roots yoga community as well as premiere celebrities. It will be held at the Business Design Centre in the heart of Islington, London. The itinerary for the programme is currently being finalised and already promises to be an exciting line-up. The Festival starts Friday 5th December 2014 and falls over 3 days ending on Sunday 7th December 2014.

The Festival is open to the ‘public’ and entrance is FREE until 15th of September 2014. Otherwise ticket can be purchased online from 15th September 2014 for £8 for Adults and £5 for Concessions. Concessions are students, OAPs, Disabled, People on Benefits. Please bring proof of your concession to the show. Children under the age of 16 are free of charge and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Whether you are a yoga novice, an experience yoga practitioner or simply want to find out more about yoga and a healthy lifestyle, this Festival is for you.

A host of other activities are planned to make this an awesome and striking event including Ayurveda stalls, diet, nutrition, arts and crafts, green living, meditation, practical yoga classes and lots more. There’s’ also lots of kiddie activities including, jumping castle and face-painting. 30,000+ visitors are expected over the course of the 3 days Festival.
