Bromford's Autumn Homeownership Event 2025

Shared Ownership is a scheme that allows you to buy a share of a property (usually between 25% and 75%) and pay rent on the remaining portion. Over time, you can buy more shares in the property through a process called 'staircasing' until you own 100%.

The event will run for approximately 6 hours with time allocated for presentations, Q&A sessions, and one-on-one discussions with experts.

Yes! On-site car parking is free of charge to all attendees on the day of the event at Bromford's Head Offices.

Yes! We encourage you to bring anyone who might be involved in your home-buying journey. We will only take the details of one person, but please register a ticket for each person attending. For those under the age of 18, there is no need to register extra tickets.

You can choose between two Shared Ownership presentation times, the morning session starts at 10:30 am, and the afternoon session at1:30 pm. Both sessions will cover identical content about the Shared Ownership process, so you can select the time that best suits your schedule.
