About this Event

The first ever Bromley Business Excellence Forum will be taking place on Thursday 5th March 2020 and is designed to help local business owners by:

- Delivering practical ideas you can take back to your business to kick start its growth

- Improving your mindset by listening to inspirational local business owners

- Helping you connect with other local business owners

Although the idea is to offer our guests practical tips in a fun, relaxed environment to help grow their businesses, there will be opportunities for you to expand your network too.

The six speakers have been hand-selected to help you improve in the key areas all business owners need help in:

Sales – You’ll hear from TedX speaker and author, James Newell on how he’s helped create clear sales messages for businesses helping them double and in some cases triple their sales. As a bonus, Neil Giller will also inspire you to improve your presentation skills, using the knowledge he's built through his position as an Area Director for BNI over the last 12 years.

MarketingNathan Kelsey, award-winning local business-owner will guide you through the importance of online reviews and how to take control of, and manage, your online reputation. After all, you only get one chance at a first impression!

Mindset – International speaker Greg Davies will inspire you into connecting with your purpose of being in business. He’ll share with you real-life stories of people who have changed the way they work, leading not only to grow their profits hugely, but also to learn to love their work once again.

Managing People – Most business owners we meet manage their staff through trial and error, making costly mistakes on the way. Maria Kurek will show you the right way to manage staff and will share with you success stories where her advice has turned around the fortunes of her clients.

Finance - Joanne Bell will show you how Key Performance Indicators and goal setting can make a huge difference to your profitability and your cashflow. You'll be sure to take away ideas to help you get much more from your business in 2020 and beyond.

Accountability – Business Coach Phil Chantry will not only share with you the secrets of how to hold your staff and suppliers to account, but also how to turn it into a positive experience.
