The Bromley by Bow Essentials Tour is a monthly tour hosted by the Insights team at the Bromley by Bow Centre. It covers our history, context and current services.

FAQs

Can I pay by invoice?

We accept payments through Eventbrite or by Invoice. To pay by invoice please select your tickets and once you're through to the registration form, you can amend the 'payment method' from credit card to 'pay by invoice'. Please note that we apply a 30% surcharge to cover the cost of processing invoices. This will be added on to ticket prices before VAT.

I booked a ticket and can't make it - can I get a refund?

Our tickets are transferable, so firstly check other dates that we have on offer to see if you'd like to transfer your ticket to a different tour. If you're still unable to join us, we are able to refund you in full if you let us know 14 days before the tour date. To transfer your ticket or request a refund, please email us at insights@bbbc.org.uk

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

• By car

Please note that we do not have parking available at the Centre. We recommend the drive-sharing parking site JustPark for local, reasonable parking options.

• Underground

We are a two minute walk from Bromley by Bow underground station. Turn left out of the station, down the stairs and keep walking on to St Leonards Street. You will see a bus stop in front of a park, walk past the bus stop for a few seconds and to your left will be a stone archway, that’s us!

• DLR

We are a ten minute walk from Devon's Road DLR Station with connections to Canary Wharf and Stratford. We are also a ten minute walk from Bow Church DLR Station.

• Local Bus Routes

You can also visit the Bromley by Bow Centre using local bus services. Both the 108 and 488 stop outside the Centre on Grace Street. Alternatively you can get the D8 to Bow Church DLR Station and we are a short walk away.
