Join us at Brompton Technology Ltd for an exciting in-person training session where you can learn advanced features of Brompton Technology's Tessera processing system and how to take your LED processing project to the next level. We recommend completing Brompton Basics Training before attending Brompton Advanced Training.

We'll kick off the training day at 10 am, please aim to arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 to allow time to get settled in and set up. The training day will run until around 5 pm, with plenty of time and space for questions or site-specific detours along the way. There will be breaks throughout the day including a catered lunch on site.

Car parking is available on-site but spaces may be limited, so we encourage you to arrive by public transport if possible.

Requirements: Please bring a laptop, which can be either Windows or Mac. You'll need to have admin rights to install software and change network settings, in addition to either a RJ45 port or a tried and tested dongle.

Contents: We'll be covering the following main topics, however, the day will be adapted to your requirements so we would love to know in advance if there are any areas you want to focus on. The main topics to be covered are:

  • Colour and Calibration Pipeline - How to ensure colour integrity from source through to LED.
  • LED on Camera - Ensuring your camera feed looks as good as possible when pointing it at LED on Brompton. If there is a particular camera you use frequently that you would like to bring please let us know, bring it along, and we can get it set up together during the day.
  • Capacity Calculations - How to ensure you have the correct amount of processors to do everything you need. Includes redundancy, high frame rate, and ultra-low latency set-ups.
  • Integrations and API control- the list of technology partners can be seen at https://www.bromptontech.com/technology-partners/ . If there is an integration you are keen to try out please bring a version with you, this includes BitFocus Companion, QSys, Assimilate, Livegrade, or any Syslog server.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting - How to ensure that you're as ready as possible for any and all potential issues that may come up, either during your live event set-up, your studio installation, or any other situation involving Brompton processing. This includes use of the configuration application for adding missing serial numbers or adjusting an incorrectly programmed fixture type.

Pricing: Securing your spot requires full payment for a £275 ticket and the Eventbrite fee. The Eventbrite fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please do so at least 7 days before the session. Otherwise, we won’t be able to issue your refund.
