This course will explore the impact of high and low self-esteem on the sexual health and relationship choices of young women.
By the end of the training participants will be able to…
- understand of the nature of self-esteem and Body Image in relation to sex and relationships
- describe the causes of low self-esteem and how it can make young women vulnerable to risky sexual health and relationship choices
- know some tools to help build self-esteem that can be used with young people.
