How to book

• Select the session you wish to book.

• Enter your details on the form.

• You will receive an email confirming your booking. In case of any queries, please be prepared to access this email confirmation when you attend for your session.

Please note that access to the library is currently restricted to St John's and Cranmer students and staff.

Please follow the instructions below:

• Arrive and leave within your scheduled time slot.

• Your booking enables you to browse the library shelves, select some books and borrow them on the self issue machine opposite the library office.

• Use wipes provided to clean the self issue machine before and after use.

• Use hand sanitizer, wear a face covering (unless exempt) and stay 2 metres away from other people.

• Only use your designated toilet.

• If you are unable to use your booking, please use the ‘view and manage your order’ link in your confirmation email to cancel your order. This will enable someone else to book the slot.

• Email johns.library@durham.ac.uk with any problems or queries.
