Broxtowe together participation event

Nottingham West Primary Care Network (PCN) would like you to join us at our third Broxtowe Together event for what we hope will be an exciting opportunity to continue to develop our relationships and connections with the wider community across Nottingham West.

We will celebrate our successes over the last year and look forward to the future and we will update you on the actions from the previous event in June 2021.

You can have your say about how we work together across organisations and our community to improve life for people living in Broxtowe.

Share your thoughts on Mental Health services for;

• Children and Young people and their families.

• Those living with dementia and their carers.

Tell us where the unmet needs are, and we can look at how we can start to address these together and shape services to suit the needs of the population.

Share in our common goal of meeting the health, social and wellbeing needs of our local population combining and maximising all our assets and resources to make this vision a reality.

The event is open to all local people in Broxtowe and your host will be patient representative, Julie Bryant. The discussions will led by Dr Tim Heywood, GP and Nottingham West Primary Care Network (PCN) Clinical Lead. You will also hear from local partners.

The event which runs from 9.30am – 12.30pm will take place using Zoom. You will receive a notification detailing the link to follow and event information prior to the event.
