Bruges from Above

In the 1200s citizens of Bruges were given permission to build a belfry, a great tall tower to use as a lookout for approaching enemies. The view is indeed spectacular, well worth the 366 steps to get to the top! Enjoy these unparallelled views of the famous landmarks with me and walk down seeing the great big music drum that operates the 47 bells of the carillon.
