Description

We’re excited to announce that it’s taking place during the Easter holidays – and it’s at Thinktank!

It’s a school holiday treat as part of our #BrumReads campaign with Beanstalk reading charity.
So, for that reason, there will be a storytelling theme and kids are invited to come along in their favourite book character costumes.

Birmingham author BB Taylor will be telling stories and giving people the chance to meet her animal friends!
And, after that, you’re welcome to spend the rest of the day exploring Thinktank.
Book the tickets on the link below quick before they sell out.

When is the Brummie Mummies Social?
It’s taking place on Monday, April 9 from 10.30am to 5pm at Thinktank, Millennium Point, Curzon Street, Birmingham B4 7XG.
Please try to arrive just before 10.30am to get settled in before the story begins!

What’s at Thinktank?
Thinktank, Birmingham’s award-winning science museum, has more than 200 hands-on displays from steam engines and talking robots through to gurgling guts and a chocolate wrapping machine!
There are four floors to explore within the impressive Millennium Point building.
You can check out the Science Garden too, which also features lots of interactive games to play and challenges to try.
How much are tickets?
Tickets cost just £5.50 each for adults and children. Under three’s go free.
It normally costs £13.50 for adults and £9.75 for children so this is a great saving.
Your ticket also includes a storytelling session with BB Taylor.

Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first come, first served basis so be sure to book yours quick.
