Our Brunch Book Club Book Swap series is back for our Autumn edition!
This relaxed midweek evening is your chance to meet fellow readers, swap your pre-loved books, and discover your next great read, all in the gorgeous surroundings of Botanica Hall, Clapham Junction.
Whether you're a regular at our brunches or totally new to the club, this informal gathering is the perfect way to get a feel for the Brunch Book Club vibe. Bring a book (or a few, there’s no limit to how many you can bring or take!) to contribute to the swap table, grab a drink at the bar, and settle in for a wholesome, bookish evening.

Botanica Hall, Clapham Junction
Botanica Hall is an all-day restaurant and late-night bar serving coffee and breakfast by day while people hotdesk and delicious cocktails and coal-fired pizza by night. They also host a brilliant bottomless brunch that was voted one of the best in London by Grazia, Elle and CN Traveller. You can enjoy two whole hours of bottomless drinks, with bubbly cocktails, prosecco, margarita punch and beer available to mix and match.

All tickets are non-refundable.
Your ticket gives you entry to the event and access to the book swap. Drinks and food are not included, but you’re welcome to purchase your own from the bar at Botanica Hall.
Bring along any books you’ve read and are ready to part with — ideally in good condition. All the books will be placed on a communal table for swapping. You’re welcome to take home the same number of books you bring, or more if there are extras!
While it’s encouraged to bring a book (or several!), you’re still very welcome to come along even if you don’t have anything to swap. There’s usually plenty to go around and it’s a great way to meet the community.
Not at all! This is a friendly, informal evening that’s open to everyone, whether you’ve been to a Brunch Book Club event before or not. It’s the perfect intro if you’re curious about joining.
Yes, the venue has a full bar and menu. You're welcome to order food or drinks directly at the venue, but they are not included in your ticket price.
Absolutely! Just make sure everyone purchases their own ticket in advance, as space is limited.
Fiction, non-fiction, memoir, fantasy, thrillers, we welcome a wide range of genres. Please only bring books in good, readable condition (no ripped pages or water damage!).
Nope, drop in any time between 7pm and 9:30pm. Stay for a drink, swap a few books, and enjoy as much of the evening as suits you.
This is a more casual, social event rather than a sit-down brunch. There will be space to mingle, grab a seat or stand with your drink, and chat with fellow book lovers.
