The workshop covers:

• Introduction to the lovely art of brush pen modern calligraphy
• Introduction to the pens and tools
• Warm up exercises
• Curves, pressures and basic letter shapes
• Practising phrases
• Fun with colours

Nicky will guide you supportively through the process of creating lovely modern calligraphy using a brush pen. She will bring plenty of inspiration and resources to share with you and you will get plenty of time to master basic techniques and go on to develop your own style as the workshop progresses.

The cost of the workshop includes a couple of lovely brush lettering pens for you to take home with you at the end of the session so you can continue your lettering journey!
