Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the new Louisa Martindale Hospital has a number of lifts and power-assisted doors to make accessing this conference more accessible to all. Please do contact in advance, however, should you have any specific needs.

How do I submit an abstract for the conference?

Abstracts can be submitted through https://forms.gle/9DCEmboXis9xKzdGA Deadline for submission is the 25th March 2024. Accepted abstracts will be invited to present an A0 poster at the conference. Further details regarding the poster and presentation will be available upon successful selection.

Will there be catering for lunch and breaks?

Yes, refreshments and food during lunch and breaks are included within the ticket price. A number of dietary requirements will be catered for including vegan, vegetarian, and Halal. Please do contact in advance if you have any other specific dietary requirements.
