Talk for Bedford Sustainability Week 2021 which runs from 10th-16th May

About this Event

Back in December, you might remember the BSW we ran from 7th until 13th . Claire from Delicious And Real , held a cooking demo through Facebook Live and also spoke all about Sustainability In The Kitchen.

This was well viewed by people and we were keen to ask her to come back for the next sustainability week.

Saying this, we were happy to hear that Claire was happy to come back and do another talk for Bedford Sustainability Week in 2021

Join Claire, from Delicious and Real, and learn about how to use the parts of vegetables that most people throw away.

We will be learning how to turn your vegetable peelings into a delicious stock; how to use the cauliflower leaves to make a crunchy topping for your cauliflower cheese and the best way to incorporate broccoli stalks into your cooking. There will also be lots of other hints and tips on how you can reduce your food waste.

You will need to register your space via EventBrite beforehand, where you will be then sent a access link for the Zoom meeting when it is about to begin (usually on the evening before the event)

This is a free event but spaces are limited so please register in advance
