Insurance & Safety: Everyone who hires a Beryl vehicle does so accepting our Terms of Service. When hiring a vehicle via our app, you are covered by our public liability insurance. This insures you against liability that you may incur in respect of injury to a third party or accidental damage. It relates to the physical property of a third party arising from your use of a Vehicle (Public Liability Insurance), on the condition that you have used our vehicle in line with your obligations as set out in the terms. When riding a Scooter and attending this session, we recommend that you wear a helmet (one that meets the EN1078 standard).
