Description

Did you know that 19% of students who go abroad are more likely to gain a 1st in their degree, 20% less likely to be out of work, 10% more likely to be in graduate jobs and 7% are higher average wage earners compared to those who don’t?

This event will demonstrate the benefits of undertaking international activities and describe the international opportunities available at Bournemouth University!

These opportunities are a core part of our ‘award winning’ Global Talent Programme and can vary, from a semester of study or work placement abroad to shorter internships, volunteering, independent projects, summer schools, short courses, or even presenting papers in conferences around the world. You will discover how BU can help you to partially or even fully fund these activities.

Gain a better understanding of the employability benefits these activities can provide through our keynote speaker Matthew Hill. Matthew will also be joined by BU staff and students as well as Microsoft UK for a series of short presentations and a panel discussion.
