Marc Summers is the founder of the cult London restaurant group Bubala, which began life as a pop-up in East London in 2018. From then on, its bold, vegetarian cooking and warm hospitality quickly struck a chord with diners. Today, Bubala has grown to three London restaurants in Spitalfields, Soho and King’s Cross - and now, in his new book, Marc brings Bubala’s signature flavours to your kitchen.
