Buck and Birch Spring Series 2017

With Spring in full bloom we want to champion Nature's hard work with a series of dining events over the coming months celebrating the abundance of fantastic wild ingredients popping up in our local wooldands, seashores, hedgerows and fields.
Same format as always with our own-made welcome drink on arrival and an original, multi course taster style menu designed on the day to showcase the very best of what our local surroundings have to offer.
Expect game, fish, foraging, drinks samples and surprises
£50 per head (+£5 corkage on BYOB. Limited wine list, beers and spirits also available to purchase on the night from the venue)
We would like to ask all diners to come with an open mind and an expectation to try lots of new, unusual (and delicious) ingredients. However we do also recognise that some of you may have allergies or intolernaces that need to be taken into account. We are happy to cater for any such requirement but do need a minimum of 48hrs notice to tailor the menu accordingly. This should be made to us via email to email@example.com.
