Buckie Operations & Maintenance Base Open Day

Come join us at the Buckie Operations and Maintenance Base operated by Ocean Winds for an educational tour of facility and behind-the-scenes look at the operations of Moray West Offshore Wind Farm. You’ll have a chance to talk to staff, enjoy refreshments, and explore interactive activities after the tour like augmented reality welding and a VR headset tour of a wind turbine.

The tour will last approximately 30 minutes with a further 30 minutes recommended for family friendly activities afterwards.

• The event is completely FREE but booking a tour slot is essential to participate.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour start time to get signed in.
• Accessibility info: There will be stairs involved in the tour - unfortunately, our lift is currently under repair.
• There will be no onsite parking but there are on-street parking spaces available
