Join Buckinghamshire Council's Public Health team and partners in a safe space to improve our local response to suspected suicide clusters.
Buckinghamshire Suspected Suicide Cluster Response Plan - Table Top Exercise
Being prepared to respond to a cluster of suicides is essential to ensure effective and timely postvention support and to reduce the risk of contagion.
Our session objectives:
- Provide an overview of the new refreshed Buckinghamshire Suspected Suicide Cluster Response Plan
- Share key learning from prior experiences of cluster/contagion responses - what have we done well, what could we do better?
- Explore the roles and responsibilities that partners take in this response
- Work through the process of the system response using the new plan with a several scenarios of suspected suicide cases with a focus on adults
- Engage in the process through your own organisational lens
- Enable you to understand your role in this process and identify next steps for you/your team/organisation to enable them to be prepared
Please note: Tea and coffee will be provided. Lunch is not included.
