Budget 2016: Opportunities and risks for the UK economy

In her first major speech since returning from maternity leave in January, Rachel Reeves MP, former Bank of England economist and Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, and now member of the Treasury Select Committee, will identify key opportunities and risks for Britain's economy in the coming period. She will suggest measures that she thinks should be considered for the Budget and beyond to improve prospects for British businesses and workers.
