Budget, Brexit – What next for HR?
Thu 27 April 2017, 17:00 – 19:00 BST
With the significant changes going on in the world at the moment, Kevin Green, CEO of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), will share his insight into how HR will change over the next decade and what great HR will look like as a result.
The current post budget talk is all about the contribution that self-employed people could and should be making, which follows hot on the heels of the challenges to the GIG economy. Having recently appeared on Newsnight talking about the latest Budget and having also given evidence to the DWP Select Committee on the Implications of Brexit on the labour market, he will be able to give us an amazing, current and interesting insight into what creates economic value today and tomorrow, and what the future holds for HR.
This is relevant to all members and Kevin will speak from both a business and not-for-profit perspective.
The event will also include the brief annual meeting. A finger buffet will be served after Kevin's presentation.
