Budget Scrutiny with Plymouth City Council
HERE IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY TO SHAPE SERVICES IN PLYMOUTH
PCC has less money to spend, and before it decides how to spend it there will be a public engagement process both physically and on line
THEY WANT TO TALK ABOUT HOW WE THINK THE MONEY COULD BE SPENT BEFORE THEY SET THE BUDGET.
THURSDAY 1ST SEPT 12-2pm City Guildhall (Charter Room)
TUESDAY 6TH SEPT 5.30-7.30pm Reception Room, Council House
We need to understand how little money there is, but we can suggest the kinds of things that we think should happen, show how some are happening now, and suggest how they can work well for people, and still cost less money. We can’t promise they will all be taken up for this budget…but here is a chance to plan how we can work together to see if between us we can make these things happen.
This was also discussed at the Future of Doing Good, and we have chosen subjects that people wanted taken forward, and that from earlier conversations.
