An interactive workshop designed to provide you with the skills you need to effectively budget and set your prices.
You will be walked through a typical business start-up scenario to identify anticipated income and costs and put together a basic budget and cash flow forecast before moving on to discuss pricing strategies. This session is relevant for anyone involved in a start-up as well as anyone in an early-stage or maturing organisation who is, or is likely to become, involved in the financial side of the organisation or anyone providing assistance to such an individual.
For those who are involved in the financial side of the business this will be a particularly useful workshop.
Handouts will be provided for follow-on information and use.
