Laura has been running a successful introduction to budgeting workshop for organisations in the arts, voluntary and third sector for the last few years.
This is a new pre-recorded version of the workshop and accompanying resources are now available online for individuals and organisations to access. This will help you to develop a strong budget to support your funding applications, as well as improve your project management skills.

Laura Drane is an arts and cultural producer, consultant and project manager, based in Cardiff, Wales and working across the UK.
For more than 20 years we have worked on a wide variety of projects across different art forms and sectors.
Some of our clients have included Voluntary Arts, Arts Council of Wales, Arts Council England, British Academy, Manchester International Festival, National Skills Academy, Natural Resources Wales, and more recently the UK Antarctic Heritage Trust, plus many universities and local authorities.

Our workshop offers you life-long access to audio, visual and video learning resources based on the original workshop model, re-worked to be available online.
To purchase a place please choose from the option for individuals (£10) or organisations (£25).
You will be sent a private link to a collection of videos and resources.
