14:00 – 15:00 Wellbeing Buggy WalkWalking is a simple yet powerful way to boost your health and well-being. Spend time outdoors with your little ones, connect with other parents, and caregivers, and explore new walking routes. This walk is guided by a member of The Active Way and Children’s Centre teams, who also provide snacks for you and your little ones.
Meeting at Conygre Hall in Timsbury at 14:00, this walk will last 1 hour with plenty of time for stops along the way. Returning to Conygre Hall at 15:00.
Walks are open to children and babies in pushchairs, prams, carriers, as well as toddlers.
