Take Control and Develop a Happier Work-Life Balance
Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed by the volume of responsibilites in your life? If you feel you have no time for yourself or your own needs once you've juggled the demands of your career, your family and friends and running your home life in general, this workshop is for you.
In the luxurious and relaxing surroundings of Champneys Springs Health Spa, in this workshop I will introduce the seven key things you need for developing a happier work-life balance, and we will work together in more depth in three of these areas so you can immediately start to make a difference to your own life.
You'll leave this workshop having:
Greater clarity about what really matters to you and what your ideal work-life balance actually looks like
Learned how and when to say "No" (and how to do it without feeling guilty), so you can stop overloading yourself
Some techniques for managing stress and staying in control in those moments when the proverbial really hits the fan!
An actionable plan to make changes in your life right now that will give you more time for the things you want and need to do
And, it wouldn't seem right to hold a workshop on work-life balance without making sure there was real balance on the day itself so, in addition to the time spent hard at work learning, you will also have time to relax in the Champneys spa or take part in the resort's many exercise classes, so you leave not only motivated to make some changes, but also revitalised and relaxed.
What to expect
Arrival at Champneys Springs will be between 9.30am and 10am for coffee, ready for a 10am start.
The workshop will run until around 2.15pm, including a break for a hot buffet lunch in the Champneys Restaurant. Numbers for this workshop are strictly limited in order to make sure you have plenty of one-to-one time and support from your coach during the day.
Once your workshop is complete, your ticket includes free access to the facilities at Champneys Springs for the rest of the afternoon, including its award-winning spa and a wide range of fitness classes. Treatments may also be booked if you wish - these are subject to availability on the day, or can be booked through Jo Lee at Life Atlas Coaching, giving at least one week's notice.
