A 4-Week Meditation Course
January is the season of new beginnings - a time when many of us wish to start afresh, try something different, and cultivate a clearer mind. This four-week guided meditation course is designed to help you build a meaningful meditation practice from the foundation up, establishing habits that will anchor your year with intention and presence.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session weaves together gentle movement, guided meditation, and reflection, creating a supportive space to explore what meditation truly means for you. You'll progress through four thoughtfully structured weeks, each building on the last:
◦ WEEK 1: FOUNDATIONS 🌱
Begin with the basics. Discover what meditation is and learn foundational techniques whilst building awareness of your breath and body.
◦ WEEK 2: MOMENTUM 🌊
Deepen your practice. Explore the meditation techniques from week one whilst establishing a sustainable daily habit.
◦ WEEK 3: OVERCOMING OBSTACLES 🏔️
Build resilience. Learn new techniques to navigate the hindrances that arise in meditation and in life.
◦ WEEK 4: JOY OF BEING ✨
Integrate your practice. Explore "just sitting" and carry the benefits of your meditation into the wider world.
THE EXPERIENCE 🕯️
In our lovely studio space, with candlelight and gentle music, you'll spend time in guided meditation (10–15 minutes per meditation - we will do one or two per session), learn accessible techniques, and discuss your experience with others on the same journey. Daily home practice (5+ minutes) deepens the work between sessions.
This course is for anyone curious about meditation - whether you're a complete beginner or returning to practice. You don't need to know anything about yoga either. Come as you are. 🙏
