Get ready for Build Better and Connect - another dynamic event for Christian singles (18+) hosted by TQ, the Lighthouse church's singles ministry.

Pastors Justin and Jo Marks will open the event with a straight-talking, insightful session on what really matters when it comes to preparing for a lasting relationship. Through years of guiding couples in pre-marital counselling at Lighthouse, they’ve seen first-hand what works - and what doesn’t.

This isn’t just theory; it’s honest, experience-based insight that can help you make wiser choices now, before you’re in a relationship. Whether marriage is something you’re actively thinking about or just want to approach with more clarity, this session is a solid place to start.

Then it’s time to mix, mingle and make memories with games, food, and good vibes. Whether you're exploring the idea of marriage or just want to meet like-minded singles, come through for fun, faith, and fresh connections.

Can I cancel my ticket?

If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, you can cancel your ticket. However, if you cancel your ticket, we are unable to provide a refund.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! The more, the merrier. However, please make sure you and anyone you are bringing along have purchased tickets to avoid being disappointed on the day!

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

No. Please purchase tickets before the event to be admitted on the day.

Why am I paying £9.38 instead of £8?

The early bird ticket price for the event is is £8 per person; however, Eventbrite charges £1.38 (non-refundable) admin fee on top. Tickets purchased after 24th August 2025 will be at the full price (£10) + non-refundable admin fee (£1.55)

Where can I park?

There is plenty of free on-site parking at the event.
