Build History with LEGO!
Overview
Are you — or your kids — keen lovers of creativity and history? Whether you're young or simply young at heart, come along to the museum for a hands-on LEGO-building experience inspired by our exhibition:
Cianalas ’s Dòchas | Homesickness and Hope, Stories of Hebridean Emigration.
This time, we’re inviting children and adults alike to build ships — just like the ones that carried Hebridean emigrants across oceans in search of new lives. From known historical vessels to your own imaginative designs, your creations will form part of a visual gallery celebrating the ingenuity and spirit of those who left these shores.
🔹 No building experience needed
🔹 All bricks provided
🔹 Great for families, friends, and solo adventurers
🔹 Your LEGO ships may be featured on the museum’s social media channels!
Let’s honour the journeys of the past — one brick at a time.
