• → Dec 1: Kickoff Keynote augg.io and AIXR/Holito teams present the challenge, showcase the SDK capabilities, and answer your questions. Official launch of the hackathon.
• → Phase 1 (Dec 1-2): Ideation Submit your concept. Team formation remains open for anyone still assembling their crew.
• → Phase 2 (Dec 3-4): augg.io Review & Guidance Our team provides direct feedback on every submission. What's technically feasible, how to scope appropriately, where to focus your effort. This is your strategic checkpoint before you start coding.
• → Phase 3 (Dec 5-7): Build Weekend dedicated to building your app with active mentoring from our team. Technical support available via Discord throughout.
• → Dec 8: Judging Industry experts review submissions.
• → Dec 10: Winners Announced Announced on Holito with full community exposure and AIXR network promotion.

Judging Criteria

augg.io team and experts will score on:

1. Creative Use of AR – originality, AR-native interaction
2. Use of Physical Space – smart engagement with real-world location
3. Clarity of Concept – focused idea understood in seconds (evaluated during Phase 1 & 2 concept review)
4. Technical Execution – working prototype that shows intent
5. Visual & Experiential Design – look, sound, feel support the idea
6. Wow Factor – surprise, delight, memorability
