This is an online virtual boardroom event for HR Directors and HR Managers.

About this event

We are coming through a pandemic….and effective teams collaborating and working towards collective objectives is now more important than ever. Karen and Susi of On Your WaveLength, offer organisations the opportunity to become future-adaptable by developing teams through a Team Coaching process which also develops a Coaching Culture. They are part of a small group of globally qualified Team Coaches – Team Coaching is becoming the next development of one-to-one Coaching which started in the 1970’s.

We will run a series of webinars including Breakouts throughout November:

Webinar 1: Who we are, what we offer and to whom. Research on the benefits of building a Coaching Culture

Webinar 2: How does a Team Coaching process work. Review the project plan. Overview of assessment tools used to amplify the client learning and development

Webinar 3: Present and discuss the Performance Climate System, one of the assessment tools to indicate how it amplifies and facilitates building a coaching culture change and developing ‘Learning Teams’

Webinar 4 Review the implementation process, on-going development and support, and return on investment (ROI) - how a Coaching Culture can transform your organisation!

Each boardroom will last approx. 40-50 mins. Booking is via the Eventbrite booking link. Once your place has been confirmed you will receive your zoom meeting link for you to join the meeting. This will be sent 2 days before the event and again on the day of the event.

Please note that the boardrooms are peer to peer learning events. The value in the session will come from active participation in the discussion and a sharing of ideas and expertise. As a result, access is strictly reserved for HRD's and HRM's who currently operate at a senior level.

We are always open to ideas for topics to include as we want the sessions to be of value, so if you have any suggestions or requests please let us know.
