Beginning from 17.30 with a poster session offering practial ideas on how we can influence the culture around us, opportunies to talk to colleagues, representatives from HEE coaching, Tea and Empathy, NHS improvement and a chance to get your flu vaccine.

Professor Nigel Mathers - Head of the Academic Unit of Primary Medical Care, Sheffield and Honorary Secretary of the RCGP, whose main professional interest is person-centred care.
