In this interactive workshop you will have the opportunity to take a step back from your business, and guided by an experienced business advisor, work through ways to adapt your business in areas such as marketing, finances, and productivity.

You will be able to review your current business position, including a SWOT analysis and examine your marketplace. We’ll look at the 7 P’s of marketing and how focusing on benefits and not features when marketing can really improve results. Understanding your finances is crucial so we’ll share our tips on how to manage yours effectively and plan for future challenges.
