Event description

Description

We all want to get things done.

Spend a morning with peers exploring techniques and methods for fast-tracking and de-risking digital transformation within large corporates.

"The Ninety team helped us embed a process that was Agile, iterative, customer-centric, creative and collaborative.”
- Chief Digital Officer, Zurich Insurance

Making big digital change in a large, traditional and risk-averse organisation is difficult. As a digital change agent working with large corporates ourselves, we share your pain. In this workshop session, led by one of our Senior Partners, and in association with Webcredible, we look at common barriers, success stories, and share an outline of the approach and methodology that we have honed to help overcome such issues.

This workshop will be for director-level change agents only, so come to learn but also bring your big challenges and experiences of breakthrough to share and explore with peers in what will be a hands-on and collaborative clinic session. Take away new evidence and case studies to use in breaking down barriers, and a methodology outline to put into practice straight away.

What will be covered:
- Common barriers to digital change (you're not alone)
- Success stories & common factors in their approaches (hear some case studies that you can reference)
- Methodology options & examples (take away some usable tools)
- Big issues clinic (bring your big challenges and learn from us and your peers)

There will also be an opportunity to network with peers involved in digital transformation and customer-led Agile change.

Confirmed attendees include CDOs, Digital Directors, Customer Experience Officers and P&L Owners from LV=, Zurich, Swiss Re, Arthur J. Gallagher, Royal Bank of Canada and Direct Line.

Combine design thinking, lean start-up and Agile
