She is the founder of FemmeNoire, a bold and unapologetic lingerie brand designed to empower women through sensual, elegant, and confidence-boosting pieces. Her love for unique travel experiences led to the launch of Tuquan — a travel itinerary consulting company that curates unforgettable, culturally immersive vacations, inspired by her Ghanaian roots (Tuquan means "travel" in Twi).

Dede’s entrepreneurial journey is deeply rooted in purpose. In 2015, she founded Aid-Out Ghana, a charity foundation dedicated to sustainable development in underserved communities and charity homes across Ghana — a reflection of her long-standing passion for social work and community empowerment.

Alongside her ventures, Dede thrives in the corporate world as a Business Solutions Executive in the insurance and tech space. She contributes to one of the largest digital transformation programmes across the London Market.
