Wanting to build a more positive life? Feeling the negativity of society a constant battle? Then Mindful-Me’s Building a Positive Life Personal Development Programme could be for you!
Sessions will run from 6.00 – 8.00pm on Wednesday 16th, 23rd and 30th November at Birkenhead Sixth Form College, Claughton.
Week 1: The power of gratitude as well as the importance of diet and exercise in building a positive life.
Week 2: The importance of sleep in addition to how repetitive negative thinking patterns can be challenged to become more positive in nature.
Week 3: Becoming aware of and coping with stress followed by how you will take what you have learnt on the programme forward with you in your life.
*A cafe is available on site for tea/coffee’s during the break.
