PVCSE is now active and moving within the city building connections, reinforcing the importance of the sector and taking on opinions as to it's long term future.
The job of PVCSE is to represent you, your aims, your needs and to make sure the Sector is recognised as the vital partner it really is within society.
A workshop for local voluntary and community organisations
Purpose of the workshop:
We will discuss the priorities for the first year of the new organisation, taking into account the resources we are likely to have available to us.
5pm Registration and refreshments
5.30pm Welcome, introductions
5.45pm An update from the current trustees followed by questions
6pm Group discussion: What do we want from Plymouth VCSE in its first year? What are the priority services we expect?
6.30pm Feedback from groups – maximum of 3 priority services from each group
6.45pm Plenary discussion about the priorities identified by groups
7 pm Participatory priorities exercise
7.15pm An opportunity for participants to offer practical support/involvement and identify other resources which might be available to us. This will include discussing trusteeship and governance arrangements
7.25pm Next steps and close
