Developed in partnership with Hull and East Yorkshire Mind, Inspire Ignite and Think Cloud, it will feature fascinating talks from local experts, ranging from mental health basics to practical advice on looking after your people.
As well as helping you to understand HOW you can do this, the event will explore WHY it should be high on your agenda, from the wellbeing of the individual to the benefits for your business.

Our speakers are as follows:
• Lorraine Hamilton, Training Co-ordinator, Hull and East Yorkshire Mind. Lorraine works with local companies and organisations to improve workplace wellbeing. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aid trainer.
• Sue Altass, Co-Founder of Inspire Ignite. Sue is an expert in mental health, providing training and support through Inspire Ignite to tackle the myths that surround mental health with employers and their employees.
• Leon McQuade, Co-Founder of Think Cloud. Leon aims to help people understand technology as a tool and enable them to unleash their full potential.
